Job Summary


The main goal of this role is to develop an attractive and effective compensation framework for the organization. 


There are three different hiring levels (Manager, Lead, and Director), depending on your experience and seniority. 


You’ll be responsible for designing reward programs for employees that not only match the market but also help retain talent. This is a part-time role that offers flexibility along with the chance to do high-impact work.


Key Responsibilities


Program Design: Create and implement employee compensation and benefits programs.


Compliance: Ensure work is carried out according to local laws, regulations, and organizational policies.


Data Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of compensation data and prepare reports for improvement.


Strategic Leadership: Align salary structures, incentive plans, and rewards strategies with business goals.


Market Benchmarking: Review market trends and advise executive management on reward strategies.


Stakeholder Management: Work with senior leadership and HR teams on talent retention strategies.


Experience & Qualifications


Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance is required (Master’s degree preferred).


Experience Requirements:


C&B Manager: 3–5 years’ experience in HR operations or compensation.


C&B Lead: 5–8 years’ experience in compensation strategy and HR leadership.


Rewards Director: 8–12+ years’ extensive experience in total rewards or HR leadership roles.


Technical Skills: Complete proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll platforms, and reporting tools.

In-depth understanding of compensation frameworks and benefits administration.


Strong analytical and leadership skills.


Ability to manage stakeholders and bring people together.


Designing programs with market competitiveness in mind.



Salary & Location


Location: Australia (Fellowship base).
