Job Summary
Is role ka asal maqsad users ki taraf se aane wali technical complaints ko foran hal karna hai taake customer ka experience kharab na ho.
Aapko troubleshoot karna hoga, incidents ko document karna hoga aur complex masail ko seniors tak pohnchana hoga. Contegris aik aise jazbati insan ki talash mein hai jo customer ki baat ko tawajjo se sunay aur usay technical support ke zariye mutmain kare.
Key Responsibilities
Phone, email aur chat ke zariye customers ke technical sawalat ka foran jawab dena.
Inbound calls aur messages par products aur services ki sahi maloomat faraham karna.
Customer ki shikayat ko hamdardi aur maharat ke sath hal karna.
CRM aur HelpDesk tools ka istemal karte hue har interaction ka record rakhna.
Mushkil masail ki root cause (asal wajah) talash karna aur unhein solve karna.
Agar koi masla zyada pechida ho toh usay relevant team ko escalate karna.
Customer se follow-up lena taake yakeeni banaya ja sakay ke unka masla hal ho chuka hai.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS-CS ya IT) mukammal ho ya agar aap abhi parh rahe hain toh bhi apply kar sakte hain.
Experience: Fresh candidates ko khush-amdeed kaha jayega, lekin 1 saal tak ka call center experience ek plus point hoga.
Knowledge: Linux, Networking aur Network Security ka basic knowledge hona zaroori hai.
Shifts: Aapko Morning, Afternoon ya Night shifts mein kaam karne ke liye tayar rehna hoga.
