Job Summary
As Principal, you'll be the administrative head of Love Elementary School. Your role involves supervising the school’s educational program, creating an effective learning environment, and leading the school staff.
This position is full-time (1.0 FTE), and in-person interviews are expected during the week of May 4, 2026. You’ll report directly to the Superintendent and oversee all school personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and educational programs of the school.
Maintain an excellent and safe learning climate to support students’ educational development.
Evaluate school staff performance and assist their professional growth.
Establish clear guidelines for student conduct and discipline.
Manage the school budget and monitor expenditures.
Build strong relationships with the community and parents to support educational programs.
Strictly implement board policies and administrative rules.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: A Master’s Degree from an accredited institution is required.
Credential: Must have a valid California Administrative Credential.
Teaching Experience: Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
Management Experience: At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience are needed.
