Movopack is a fast-growing environmental service company
that's shaking up the world of packaging. Our goal is to end the single-use packaging problem and bring “circular packaging” to retail and e-commerce brands. 


We’re expanding in London and now searching for an energetic, hardworking Business Development Representative (BDR). 


If you’re passionate about sustainability and sales, and want to join a startup cutting CO2 emissions by up to 84%, this position might be perfect for you.


Job Summary


The main objective for the BDR is to drive Movopack’s growth in the United Kingdom. You’ll work closely with the management team to create go-to-market strategies for the UK and generate new leads. 


It’s an entry-level role but offers plenty of opportunities to learn and move up. You’ll build the sales pipeline and act as Movopack’s brand ambassador across the UK.



Key Responsibilities


The selected candidate will take on the following tasks:


Market Expansion: Increase Movopack’s reach in the UK market and find new business partners.


Lead Generation: Generate new leads using outbound methods and manage the pipeline.


Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies for the UK market.


Market Analysis: Research and profile different industries to identify product-fit.


Event Participation: Join trade fairs and sales events in the UK to support the team and represent the brand.



Experience & Qualifications


Movopack is looking for a professional who meets the criteria below:


Experience: Between 6 months and 3 years in Business Development (BDR/SDR).


B2B Growth: Previous experience in growing B2B companies.


Startup Mindset: Experience in scaling startups or fast-paced environments is a plus.


Language: Must have native-level fluency in English.

Salary & Location


Salary: £45k - £50k OTE (Competitive salary plus bonuses).


Location: London Area, United Kingdom (Full-time).
