Job Summary


The National Account Manager role is both strategic and all about execution. You’ll report directly to the Sr. VP of Sales and be responsible for turning the Mass & Club channel (Costco, Target, BJ’s, Sam’s Club) into a structured, high-performing platform.


It’s not just about boosting sales. Your core mission is to ensure profitable, sustainable growth. That means you’ll need to create strong coordination between sales, operations, supply chain, and finance to build a solid foundation for the brand.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Leadership: Build strong, trust-based relationships with major retailers like Target and Costco.


Execution Strategy: Develop specific plans for club and mass channels, including item selection, pricing, and promotional timing.


P&L Ownership: Take full responsibility for revenue, gross margin, and ROI, and monitor performance using financial models.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with innovation and supply chain teams to meet market demand on time.


Innovation Input: Offer insights for new products that fit retail needs and pricing requirements.


Performance Monitoring: Track daily performance using data and scorecards and take action to keep improving.


Experience & Qualifications


Experience: At least 8 years in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) sales, especially in Mass, Club, or Grocery channels.


Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Finance).



Track Record: Proven record managing P&L and delivering profitable growth.



Data Knowledge: Hands-on experience with syndicated data (Nielsen, SPINS, Circana) and retail-specific systems.



Skills


Analytical Thinking: Able to understand complex financial data and unit economics.



Leadership: Bring teams together around a common goal and deliver top results.



Strategic Planning: Skilled at long-term thinking to build growth engines.



Frozen Category Knowledge: Experience with frozen or perishable products is a plus (but not required).



Salary & Location


Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year (plus discretionary bonus).


Location: New York, NY (Headquarters).
