Job Summary

You'll work alongside senior HR leadership, handling daily administration, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities


Manage HR platforms like ADP Workforce Now and Deel as a system expert.


Maintain employee records, system configurations, and data integrity.


Prepare and manage reports for HR metrics, headcount, and compliance.


Coordinate the onboarding process, including I-9 processing and setting up system access.


Lead employee communications, surveys, and engagement initiatives.


Reconcile benefits enrollment data and work on monthly invoices with the Finance team.


Maintain the HR compliance calendar and help with regulatory tasks.


Update and manage resources like handbooks, FAQs, and policy guides.


Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Legal on various projects.


Experience & Qualifications


A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.


1 to 2 years of HR, administrative, or operations experience (internship experience is acceptable).


Prior experience with HRIS platforms (especially ADP Workforce Now) is an added plus.


Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets (using formulas and pivot tables) are necessary.
