Job Summary
As Senior Manager Inventory, you’ll work as a financial advisor and business partner. Your goal is to improve decision-making based on data and achieve inventory targets.
In this role, you’ll review the health of aged inventory and connect its impact to cash flow. You’ll play a key part in making Emerging Markets (EM) inventory management even better and creating a governance framework for clusters.
Key Responsibilities
Help with strategic planning and turn business targets into actionable plans.
Ensure compliance with financial guidelines and suggest the best solutions for critical processes.
Introduce reporting standards and new processes to make work more transparent.
Create transparency around Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Net Sales, Volume, and Inventory Year-end.
Work with the DNA team to improve analytical tools and reporting.
Stay in constant touch with business partners to optimize inventory levels in the market.
Always look for new and modern solutions to improve inventory management.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Controlling is required.
Experience: At least 8 years of professional experience in the Finance department or Supply Chain
Management (SCM).Prior experience in inventory management is considered an asset.
Systems: You need a strong understanding of systems like IBP, SAP, Power BI, and Microstrategy.
