Job Summary

Education Fellows ki ye positions Gilgit-Baltistan ke mukhtalif districts (Astore, Diamer, Ghanche, Ghizer, Gilgit, Hunza, Kharmang, Nagar, Shigar, aur Skardu) ke liye hain. 

Ye aik consortium project hai jis mein AKU ke saath LUMS, KIU, aur Knowledge Platform bhi shamil hain. In positions par muntakhib hone wale umeedwar 30 June 2026 tak apni khidmaat sar-anjam dein ge.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Instruction: Schools aur colleges mein mutalqa subjects parhana aur bachon ki academic progress par tawajjo dena.

Community Engagement: School ki behtari ke liye local community aur walidain ko involve karna.

Education Governance: School ke intezami mamlaat mein madad karna taake taleemi nizam ko mazeed shafaf banaya ja sakay.

Quality Learning: Bachon ko modern tareeqa-e-taleem ke mutabiq sikhana aur unki skills ko polish karna.

Experience & Qualifications

Secondary Schools: Woh umeedwar jin ke paas mutalqa subject mein 16 saala taleem (BS/Masters) hai, unhein tarjeeh di jaye gi.

Middle & Primary Schools: Kam az kam 14 saala taleem (BA/BSc) hona zaroori hai.

Special Note: Hard areas mein primary schools ke liye 12 saala taleem (FSc) wale umeedwar bhi apply kar sakte hain.

Domicile: Umeedwar ka mutalqa Union Council ka domicile hona lazmi hai.

Skills

Mutalqa subjects (Science, English, Mathematics, etc.) par mukammal uboor.

Behtareen communication aur interpersonal skills.

Bachon ko sikhane ka jazba aur sabr-o-tahammul.
