Experience & Qualifications
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in visual execution, especially in a fast-paced retail or wholesale setting.
Multi-unit experience (managing more than one store) is preferred.
A solid background in applying visual merchandising strategies and standards.
The ability to train and motivate teams.
Willingness to travel up to 70% and work a flexible schedule.
Able to work independently and solve problems under pressure.
