Job Summary
As a Product Manager, your main goal is to lead the delivery of digital solutions. You’ll turn complex technical concepts and research projects into products that customers can easily use.
In this role, you’ll work with both local and remote development teams to take technologies from the “lab environment” to fully functioning, “live” products. You’ll define the product vision and make sure every solution aligns closely with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement product strategy and roadmaps for digital solutions.
Turn internal research projects into functional prototypes and high-fidelity demonstrations.
Collaborate with local and remote engineering teams on technical specifications and system architectures.
Demonstrate system capabilities to potential users and stakeholders, and gather their feedback.
Oversee the full product lifecycle, with a focus on security and scalability.
Set KPIs to measure product performance and use feedback to drive improvement.
Align diverse technical and business goals by working with OEMs and operational teams.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT.
Experience: At least 5 years in Product Management, especially delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
Technical Background: Experience in solution architecture is a big plus.
Readiness Skills: Hands-on experience moving research projects into “live” environments.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of safety-critical software standards like DO-178C or ISO 26262.
Skills
Expertise in APIs, cloud-based platforms, and complex enterprise integrations.
Complete command of SDLC methodologies and DevOps practices.
Ability to lead remote and outsourced software development teams.
Flexibility in working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Skill in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences (Storytelling).
