Job Summary
As a Senior Designer, you’ll prepare strategic marketing communications for Humana’s brand portfolio. You'll turn strategic briefs into compelling creative concepts and work with cross-functional teams to create content for channels like email, web, social media, and video. In this role, you'll use data analysis and emerging technologies (like GenAI) to make creative decisions and keep the brand’s identity consistent across every platform.
Key Responsibilities
Transform strategic briefs into creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content for email, web, print, social media, and video.
Develop stimuli for consumer testing and use data insights to inform design.
Use GenAI and Adobe Firefly to accelerate creative concepts and content delivery.
Present creative work to stakeholders and integrate their feedback into designs.
Manage multiple complex projects to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, or a related creative field.
At least 5 years of professional experience in a creative agency environment.
At least 3 years of experience creating content for digital channels (email, web, social).
A strong portfolio that demonstrates integrated campaigns and strategic thinking.
Full proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Firefly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with design systems and object-based design.
Knowledge of video storytelling, production, and After Effects.
Experience with Agile methodologies, Figma, and Lucid.
Skills
Advanced presentation and communication skills.
Full understanding of the process from low-fidelity prototyping to final production.
Ability to manage stakeholders and provide creative critique.
Strong grasp of industry trends and digital marketing.
Salary & Location
Base Salary: $86,300 – $118,700 per year (depending on experience and location).
Extra Benefits: Bonus incentive plan, 401(k) match, health benefits (starting Day 1), and tuition assistance.
Location: Remote (USA), but you need to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
