Experience & Qualifications
Experience: At least 15 years of extensive homebuilding or residential development experience.
Leadership: Senior leadership experience with multi-market or multi-division builders.
Expertise: Deep understanding of construction, purchasing, and operational systems—and a track record of putting them into practice.
Track Record: Proven success scaling volume while improving margins and cycle time.
Education: Degree in a relevant field and a strong senior management background.
