Job Summary
Descon is looking for people in various categories—from Planning Engineers to Scaffolders—for projects in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
For engineering roles, you’ll handle project planning, site management, and make sure quality control (QC) is in place.
Technical staff (including Welders, Fitters, Fabricators) must work skillfully on new designs and structures.
HSE staff have to strictly enforce safety standards and regulations on-site.
Supervisors and Foremen need to monitor their team’s performance and keep up the pace of work.
You’ll need to understand technical drawings and operate or maintain machinery and equipment accordingly.
Work professionally according to company rules and Saudi Arabian labor laws.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: You must have at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
Gulf Experience: Candidates who have worked in the Gulf or Saudi Arabia will be given priority.
Age Limit: Applicants should be between 25 and 45 years old.
Certifications: NEBOSH and IOSH certifications are required for HSE roles.
Education: You need a relevant technical diploma or engineering degree for each position.
