Job Summary
As Head of Strategic Communications, you’ll own the company’s full communications agenda. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership and manage external agencies to build a strong global narrative for the organization.
Your job isn’t just to develop strategy, but to make sure that high-impact execution happens every day. You’ll need to present complex ideas in simple terms to boost the company’s credibility with stakeholders around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the communications function and infrastructure from the ground up.
Craft a global story that positions the organization as a major movement.
Work with senior leadership on messaging and branding strategies.
Manage relationships with external communications agencies and ensure top results.
Simplify and tell stories about complex topics (like AI and tech policy).
Handle media relations across international media, tech, and policy landscapes.
Create channels and systems so the company’s voice is consistent and powerful everywhere.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: Clear track record of building communications functions or infrastructure from scratch.
Language: Fluent written and spoken English and French (required).
Leadership: Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI, technology, or public policy sectors.
Background: Solid experience delivering end-to-end communications strategy at a mid-senior level.
Skills
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, especially making complex topics simple.
- Ability to handle strategy and execution together in a fast-moving environment.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude; comfortable designing new systems yourself.
- Broad knowledge of international media relations and public relations (PR).
- Solution-oriented mindset, always ready to find practical answers.
Salary & Location
Salary: Up to €175,000 annually (depending on experience).
Location: Paris HQ (but you can also work 100% remote).
