Job Summary


The Senior Account Director’s role is all about expanding Nintex’s portfolio and making its presence stronger in the market. 


You’ll be responsible for building relationships with the most important and strategic customers, helping them on their digital transformation journey by offering Nintex’s top software solutions. 


This is a hybrid position, so you’ll have the flexibility to work both from home and the office (Dubai). In this role, you’ll own everything from sales prospecting to account planning.


Key Responsibilities


Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies for strategic accounts.


Hunt for new business opportunities and boost revenue with a “Thinking Big” approach.


Understand your customers’ business goals and align them with Nintex’s software solutions.


Work with Solutions Engineers to conduct technical demos and presentations.


Keep accurate data on account records, pipeline, and sales forecasts in Salesforce.


Build long-term relationships with existing customers and manage contract renewals.


Keep an eye on market trends and competitor moves so you can always give better advice to customers.


Make sure customers are satisfied and resolve any issues quickly.



Experience & Qualifications


Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is preferred.


Experience: Solid 3–5 years of strategic account management experience in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry.


Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS solutions and the challenges in the market.


Track Record: Proven record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.


Skills: You must be skilled in negotiation and presentations.
