Job Summary


As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll oversee Eden’s pharmacy partner network from start to finish. Your main responsibilities include finding new partners, negotiating for better prices, and making sure every medication is available, in every state, all the time. 


This is a hands-on role. You’ll work directly with 503A and 503B pharmacies to help reduce the company’s COGs (Cost of Goods Sold). You’ll also team up with data and tech teams to build systems that make fulfillment easier and more automated.



Key Responsibilities


Onboard new pharmacy partners and handle negotiations over pricing and contracts.


Manage COGs reporting and analyze margins for each SKU to cut down costs.


Make sure there are always at least two backup partners for every medication to keep the supply running.


Set guidelines for fulfillment SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and monitor performance closely.


Create automated systems for invoice review to prevent billing errors.


Work with Data and Tech teams to build dashboards showing real-time performance.


Cooperate with Legal and Clinical teams to ensure compliance and licensing in each state.



Experience & Qualifications


Education: Study and experience in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.


Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in supply chain, pharmacy operations, or procurement.


Negotiation: Proven track record of negotiating commercial terms and pricing with vendors.


Analytical Skills: Ability to make decisions using data and spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel).


Preferred: Experience working with 503A/503B pharmacies or in telehealth.


Skills


  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making, even under pressure.
  • Skilled at writing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and organizing systems.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Tech).
  • Basic understanding of SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau) is a big plus.
  • Bias for Action: A drive to automate everything, not just rely on manual work.


Salary & Location


Location: Remote (company headquarters in Denver, CO).


Salary: Annual base salary between $75,000 and $90,000, depending on experience.
