Job Summary


As a Talent Acquisition Executive, your main responsibility is to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. This includes sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting background checks, and coordinating interviews. 


You’ll need to make the onboarding of new employees smooth and pleasant so their induction experience stands out. It’s a full-time role where you’ll need to make decisive calls under pressure and uphold the company’s confidentiality.



Key Responsibilities


Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job postings to offer acceptance.


Maintain a pipeline of candidates using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Manatal, LinkedIn Jobs, and Indeed.


Work with hiring managers to develop job requirements and recruitment strategies.


Write attractive job descriptions and advertisements to attract qualified talent.


Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule meetings with departmental heads.


Efficiently handle high-volume hiring and meet tight deadlines.


Coordinate candidate background checks and employment verifications.


Maintain recruitment records and reports to show management your progress.


Support the HR team in employer branding and employee referral programs.



Experience & Qualifications


Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration (preference for Master’s degree).


Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment is required.


Tech Skills: Proficient use of Manatal ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and MS Office.


Recruitment Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs and best onboarding practices.


Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Urdu.

Salary & Location


Location: Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.


Base Salary: PKR 70,000.00 to PKR 80,000.00 per month.
