Job Summary
The main goal of this role is to support the Corporate Finance team with financial reporting, forecasting, and corporate development.
You'll work directly with the CEO and C-suite leadership on key strategic projects. You’ll manage the company’s operating model and coordinate with different departments when building budgets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end monthly financial reporting process and turn accounting inputs into actionable insights.
Make strategic P&L recommendations to hit new financial targets.
Take full ownership of the company’s operating model and long-range forecasting.
Support executive leadership in annual and quarterly budget planning cycles.
Translate financial plans into team-specific OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
Assist with corporate development projects, including fundraising and strategic partnerships.
Work with the CEO on major, transformative transactions.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 4 years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, or a high-growth startup is required.
Industry: Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not a must.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Mindset: You have a “no job is too big or too small” attitude, ready to take on anything the business needs.

- Strong quantitative skills to understand complex data and financial models.

Salary & Location
