Job Summary


Currently, Punjab Life Insurance Company has several senior positions open, including Regional Head Corporate Sales, Patient Care Lead, Medical Operations Lead, and Service Provider Relations Lead. 


The main purpose of these roles is to implement the company's sales strategy, improve the quality of patient care, and streamline medical operations.

Key Responsibilities


Regional Head Corporate Sales: Implement the sales strategy for Group Life and Health Insurance, and identify new business opportunities.


Patient Care Lead: Supervise beneficiary support and enrollment functions, and manage data in collaboration with NADRA.


Medical Operations Lead: Oversee medical claims processing, pre-authorization, and medical audits to ensure transparency.


Service Provider Relations Lead: Build networks with healthcare providers, negotiate contracts, and strengthen relationships with them.


General: Coordinate with internal teams like underwriting and actuarial to improve service delivery.



Experience & Qualifications


Regional Head: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in banking or insurance sales management (Corporate/B2B).


Patient Care Lead: Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university and 8 years of experience in health insurance.


Medical/Service Provider Leads: MBBS degree (PMDC recognized) and at least 5 years of experience working in the health insurance industry.


Age Limit: Age limits for different roles range between 45 and 50 years.
