Job Summary


The main goal of this role is to lead acquisitions in the US from start to finish. You won’t only advise; you’ll be involved in every stage, from Financial Due Diligence (FDD) to deal leadership. 


You’ll work directly with the MD of Americas and Group Head of M&A (London). This hybrid role is based in the Northeast, 


Austin, or Salt Lake City, where you’ll start working on live deals from day one. Phenna Group is looking for hardworking, humble, and curious people.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Financial Due Diligence (FDD) on live US acquisitions, covering QoE, working capital, and net debt.


Prepare financial models and deal papers for leadership and PE sponsors.


Support every stage of deal execution—from outreach to post-close integration.


Gradually develop origination capability and identify new TICC targets.


Represent Phenna Group in front of company founders, management teams, and advisors.


Analyze scenario modeling and KPIs in depth to evaluate deal profitability accurately.


Experience & Qualifications


Total Experience: Ideally 5 to 8 years after graduation.


Relevant Background: At least 3 years in M&A transaction advisory, FDD, corporate finance, or private equity deal teams (Big 4 or mid-tier experience preferred).


Technical Skills: Expertise in creating QoE bridges, working capital analysis, and net debt schedules from scratch.


Certifications: CPA, ACA, CFA, or structured IB analyst training highly valued.


Location: Willing to live near, or relocate to, Northeast (Boston/Albany), Austin TX, or Salt Lake City UT (Hybrid setup).
