Job Summary
As a Research Associate, you’ll work closely with the Senior Analyst to deliver top-notch stock coverage and research reports to both external clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities go way beyond just crunching numbers.
You’ll need to translate quantitative conclusions into clear, accessible reports. You’ll get direct involvement in both company and industry research, right at the heart of New York’s financial hub. The company uses a hybrid working model, so you have flexibility to work from the office and home.
Key Responsibilities
Help the team prepare company and industry research.
Use financial modeling to forecast company results and determine the value of equity securities.
Collect, evaluate, and maintain industry data and databases.
Transform financial analysis into written reports, charts, and graphs.
Create complex but clear financial models for the Senior Analyst and the firm’s clients.
Maintain strong communication with the sales force, trading team, and clients.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: You must have an MBA degree or CFA Level 2.
Experience: Preference will be given to those with experience in sell-side equity research, investment banking, private equity, or investment management.
Software Skills: Full fluency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
Location Factor: Ability to work at the New York office and embrace the hybrid model.
