Job Summary
Right now, the university has announced vacancies for Registrar, Controller of Examinations, Manager Admissions,
IT Support Officer, Assistant Director (QEC), and Assistant Manager (ORIC). All these positions are equivalent to BPS-17 to BPS-20, which means they carry significant responsibility and are high-level roles.
Applicants must have Sindh domicile, and the age limit is set between 45 and 55 years (depending on the post). Registrar and other senior roles will be appointed on a contract or tenure basis and may be extended based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Registrar: Lead the university’s administrative and secretarial work and ensure compliance with rules.
Controller of Examinations: Run the examination system transparently and smoothly, and prepare results.
Manager Admissions: Supervise and streamline student enrollment and admissions processes.
IT Support Officer: Maintain and upgrade the university’s IT infrastructure and technical systems.

Experience & Qualifications
Registrar & Controller (BPS-20): Master’s degree (postgraduate) with at least 17 years of administrative or teaching experience.
Manager Admissions (BPS-18): Postgraduate degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
IT Support Officer (BPS-17): Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or IT with 4 years of professional experience.
Assistant Director/Manager (BPS-17): Postgraduate degree (First Class) and 4 years of work experience in the relevant field.
Note: All degrees must be from an HEC-recognized university.
