Job Summary
The mission of the Vice President of Consultant Relations is to grow CuraLinc’s visibility and trust on both national and regional levels.
You’ll build strategic alignment with key partners and play a big part in company growth by influencing the pipeline.
This job is perfect for people who know how to navigate complex relationships and love creating partnerships that bring long-term value.
You’ll also work closely with sales and marketing teams to boost company revenue and presence among consulting firms.
Key Responsibilities
Building and strengthening relationships with high-value consultants and the firms that influence purchasing decisions.
Acting as a central point of contact for consultants and providing them with updates and resources.
Working with the sales team on strategic accounts to increase revenue.
Developing and executing engagement strategies for high-priority consultants and local markets.
Designing outreach campaigns with the marketing team to grow advisor partnerships.
Representing CuraLinc at consultant summits, expos, and industry events.
Monitoring market trends and consultant feedback to improve messaging and products.
Tracking consultant engagement activities with sales teams.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 8 to 10 years in consulting or working within a health and wellbeing organization.
Relationships: Strong and established connections with national consulting firms.
Track Record: Success in executing consultant engagement strategies.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the benefits consulting and brokerage ecosystem.
Business Acumen: Skilled in sales and business development to drive revenue impact.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Travel: Willingness and ability to travel 25% to 40% as needed.
