Job Summary
The Software Engineer (AI) role is a blend of project delivery and support. You’ll be part of an Agile and DevOps team that understands business requirements and brings them to life.
In this role, you won’t just develop new AI products. You’ll also be responsible for solving incidents, monitoring systems, and driving continuous improvements after Go-Live. DHL’s Cyberjaya office is "#GreatPlaceToWork" certified, which means you can count on a great work culture.
Key Responsibilities
AI Implementation: Develop specific use cases using Python, prompt engineering, and GenAI models.
Agile Development: Understand business requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
DevOps & Support: Solve incidents, monitor systems, and improve products after deployment.
Global Collaboration: Work with teams around the world in a multinational environment, building cross-region connections.
Innovation: Bring forward new ideas and improvements to boost product quality.
Experience & Qualifications
Technical Skills: Strong experience with Python programming, prompt engineering, and Generative AI models.
Methodologies: Solid understanding of software development methodologies and DevSecOps tools.
Tools: Proficient in version control systems (Git) and project management tools.
Communication: Advanced level of English for both writing and speaking to work in a multinational team.
