Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring: End-to-end hiring process ko manage karna aur behtreen talent ko team ka hissa banana.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Naye employees ki joining aur janay wale staff ke exit process ko handle karna.
Grievance Resolution: Employees ke masail ko sun-na aur unka munasib hal nikalna takay workplace environment positive rahe.
Payroll & Records: Payroll processing mein madad karna aur tamam employee records ko professionally maintain karna.
Policy Implementation: HR policies ko lagu karna aur attendance, leave management aur compliance ko dekhna.

Experience & Qualifications
Education: HR ya Business Administration mein Bachelor’s ya Master’s degree lazmi hai.
