Job Summary
As a Casino Marketing Representative, you’ll focus on attracting casino players through outbound telemarketing.
Every day, you’ll make calls to reach out to both new and returning players, inviting them to special events and highlighting unique resort amenities.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make daily calls to players based on set targets and help achieve revenue goals.
Database Management: Use customer management tools to maintain player data and find new prospects.
Booking & Reservations: Secure room types, show tickets, dining reservations, and transportation for guests.
Relationship Building: Build strong bonds with premium guests to encourage repeat visits.
Follow-ups: Check in with guests after their visits for feedback and thank them to make sure their experience is top-notch.
Brand Representation: Represent The Venetian and The Palazzo in the best way and resolve any guest concerns.
Experience & Qualifications
Age Limit: You have to be at least 21 years old.
Education: High school diploma required.
Language Skills: Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Knowing Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a big plus.
Legal Requirements: Ability to register with the Nevada Gaming Control Board and obtain an Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card.
Work Authorization: You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
