Job Summary
As Procurement Director, you’ll be responsible for the company’s end-to-end procurement strategy. Your job is to optimize sourcing, subcontractor strategy, and vendor management so project costs stay in check and quality remains high.
You’ll work closely with estimating and preconstruction teams, making sure procurement risks are addressed early and building strong, long-lasting relationships with top vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a national procurement strategy that matches the company’s growth.
Lead sourcing strategy for major categories like subcontracted scopes (civil, electrical), fabrication, and bulk materials.
Build long-term partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure better pricing and reliability.

Experience & Qualifications
Education: You must have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Experience: At least 10 years of progressive experience in industrial construction or EPC environments.
Sector Knowledge: You need hands-on experience with subcontractor procurement and fabrication sourcing.
Technical Skills: Experience with ERP/procurement systems (CMiC, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
Scale: You must have supported large capital projects ($50M+).
