Job Summary
In this role, your primary function would be providing live support to members through inbound calls. You would help them register on the platform, manage their scheduling, and understand their food benefits.

Key Responsibilities
Member Interaction: Answering the members' inquiries by phone in a friendly and patient manner.
Documentation: Properly recording all the interactions so that it would be easier to do follow-up.
Appointment Scheduling: Matching members with the right dietitian as per their need and scheduling appointments.
Troubleshooting: Assisting to resolve basic technical issues related to the platform and account.
Collaboration: Working with internal teams to resolve complicated issues related to grocery delivery and ordering.
Requirements
Communication: Written and oral communication skills alongside the ability to change one's tone according to different situations.
Experience: Experience of customer support or live calls handling.
Security & Privacy: Basic understanding of sensitive data (PII/PHI) and HIPAA rules.
Technical Setup: At least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speed internet.
Workspace: A quiet, safe, and silent place from where you can work easily.
Flexibility: Availability of working between 8 am to 8 pm (PST) including weekends.
Salary aur Location
Location: Remote (United States).
Base Salary: $47,000 annual ($22.
