Job Summary


The main goal of this role is to thoroughly review and process medical documentation. You’ll make sure that all submitted records are complete, accurate, and meet medical standards. 


You’ll be responsible for catching and fixing any mistakes or issues before cases get submitted. This is a full-time position, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST, and sometimes includes overtime. Thanks to your effort, applicants get timely and accurate results.


Key Responsibilities


Carefully review medical documentation to make sure everything is accurate and complete.


Identify and resolve any gaps, inconsistencies, or errors before submitting cases.


Format and verify necessary forms, test results, and supporting documents.


Reach out to applicants, providers, or internal teams for additional information or clarification.


Document errors in internal systems and generate Incomplete Letters for clinics.


Act as a liaison between CivTeam, applicants, and government officials.


Respond to incoming calls and inquiries about case status and documentation.


Handle additional administrative tasks to help meet team goals and operational needs.


Experience & Qualifications


Education: You should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.


Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in document review or data entry.


Tools: You need to be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF tools.


Communication: Strong English speaking and writing skills to communicate easily with stakeholders.


Accuracy: Ability to maintain at least a 95% accuracy rate in documentation review.

  • Ready to process at least 50 cases per day with confidence.
  • Experience maintaining call queue service levels.

Salary & Location


Location: United States (Remote or office options according to CivTeam policy).


Schedule: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST (full-time).
