Job Summary
The Logistics Operations Manager at Google Cloud works to optimize the company’s logistics processes and implement the industry’s best standards.
You’ll lead new projects for Americas server operations logistics, prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), and collaborate with stakeholders. This isn’t just a management role, it also includes innovation, risk identification, and reporting for the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Logistics Operations Managers across multiple locations.
Support and prioritize company-wide cross-functional initiatives and projects.
Monitor the performance (KPIs) of external logistics partnerships and vendors.
Keep track of quarterly budgets, invoices, and capital improvement projects.
Build and gain approval for new business cases to improve service cost and quality.
Establish strong relationships with data centers’ internal customers.
Experience & Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
At least 7 years’ experience in logistics operations and customer-facing roles.
7 years’ experience in data analysis and generating business insights.
7 years’ track record developing operational process solutions and working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Master’s degree (in a relevant field).
Certification from CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals).
Knowledge of SQL, Analytics, and Six Sigma certification.
Experience in a data center environment or computer component manufacturing.

Salary & Location
Base Salary: $136,000 – $197,000 annually (depending on experience and location).
