Job Summary
The main goal for this role is to develop and execute integrated creative strategies for Mattel Creations. You’ll drive brand growth through eCommerce, organic and paid social media, and custom activations. Working with cross-functional teams .
Brand, Creative, and Performance Marketing — you’ll make sure campaigns stay on track and deliver results. This is a mid-senior level role where you get to manage agency partners and lead major product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Support creative development and production for Tier 1 projects and product launches.
Align site, CRM, and SEO asset planning with brand hierarchy and the consumer journey.
Lead more than 12 organic social executions and paid concepts a month for Mattel Creations.
Maintain daily contact with social media agencies and sharpen platform-native storytelling.
Supervise custom activations, including holiday campaigns, SDCC (Comic-Con), and partner events.
Track budgets and production workflows, and coordinate agency kickoffs.
Review campaign insights and data to keep improving future strategies.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: At least 10 years of solid experience in marketing, advertising, or program management.
Leadership: Ability to guide cross-functional teams and handle complex projects.
Analytical Mind: Skill in turning tough problems into clear, effective solutions.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the media landscape and consumer trends.
Mindset: Growth mindset, positive attitude, and drive to work in a fast-paced setting.
Education: Degree in a relevant field and a track record of leadership.
