Experience & Qualifications
Executive Leadership: Experience as CEO, President, or Managing Director in professional sports leagues or the entertainment sector.
International Exposure: Deep knowledge of global markets, media rights, and investor-led sports models.
Scaling Growth: Proven record of launching and scaling an organization from scratch.
Industry Passion: A solid understanding of and passion for American football.
Languages: English is a must, and knowing another European language (particularly in the DACH region) is a big advantage.
