Emerging Tech is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality & Project Analyst to handle their program delivery and internal quality operations.
This is a dual-function role where you’ll serve as a Project Analyst on VA contracts and also help with company quality governance, like ISO and CMMI compliance.

Job Summary
In this position, you’ll spend about 60% of your time on project documentation and tracking for VA programs, and the other 40% handling internal quality controls and governance.
You’ll keep projects on track, monitor risk, and get everything audit-ready. At Emerging Tech, you’ll work on federal health IT and scheduling solutions, work that’s really mission-driven and makes a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Support project documentation and reporting for VA contracts.
Help track deliverables and due dates to keep everything on schedule.
Prepare action items, risk trackers, and Weekly Status Reports (WSRs).
Organize materials and documentation for ISO, CMMI, and CMMC compliance.
Maintain version control and documentation for internal processes and SOPs.
Lead and organize quarterly Management Review Meetings (MRMs).
Help the team get ready for audits and internal reviews.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: At least 2-3 years of professional experience in project support, operations, or compliance roles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is required.
Tech Skills: You need to be fully proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred: Experience with federal contracts (VA, DoD, DHS) or working with cybersecurity teams would be a big plus.
Learning: Willingness and drive to learn ISO and CMMI fundamentals.
