Job Summary


As a Senior Executive of Talent Acquisition, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various company service lines. 


Your main goal will be to partner with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and attract the best talent. 


You’ll create hiring strategies and make sure every candidate has a great experience. Working in Bengaluru’s dynamic environment, you’ll play a key role in KPMG’s growth.



Key Responsibilities


Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.


Work with business leaders and HR partners on hiring needs and workforce planning.


Find and attract top talent through job boards, social media, and networking.


Interview candidates and accurately assess their skills.


Negotiate compensation and extend job offers to candidates.


Track recruitment metrics and advise management on improvements.


Work to strengthen the company’s employer brand in the market.



Experience & Qualifications


Experience: Solid 3 to 7 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.


Expertise: A proven track record of recruitment in consulting or professional services.


Knowledge: Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and diversity hiring.


Tech Skills: Skilled in using ATS systems and recruitment analytics.


Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
