Job Summary


The Executive Assistant’s job is crucial in organizing and streamlining the CEO’s office. You’ll not only manage the CEO’s calendar, but also contribute to critical projects and the company’s nationwide expansion.

Key Responsibilities


Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule to ensure their time is used effectively.


Screen the CEO’s inbox and respond to urgent emails promptly.


Provide executive administrative support for projects, including documentation and analysis.


Plan meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.


Maintain the confidentiality of executive information and assist with interviews when needed.


Handle critical deadlines independently and deliver completed projects.



Experience & Qualifications


Executive Experience: At least 3 years as an Executive Assistant.


Overall Experience: Minimum 10 years of broad experience in the administrative field.


Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited university (Bachelor’s degree preferred).


Communication: Excellent writing and speaking skills.


Tech Skills: Complete command of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Understanding of task management software and new digital tools.
  • Ability to prepare presentation materials for executive-level meetings.
  • Strong negotiation skills for vendor management.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Professional communication in a client-facing environment.



Salary & Location


Salary: Up to $100,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications).


Location: Fully Remote (you can work from anywhere in the United States).
