Job Summary


This Founding Sales & Growth Lead role isn’t just another sales job—it’s your chance to shape the commercial backbone of the company. 


You’ll work hand in hand with the founders, leading the sales cycle from start to finish. Your focus: build Myriad AI’s brand in sectors like banking, fintech, and legal, and close major deals. 


This role is for those who know how to work in ambiguity and have the drive to build a big sales engine from the ground up. You’ll collaborate with our offices in Prague and San Francisco and see your work make a global impact.



Key Responsibilities


Take charge of the entire sales cycle, from qualification to negotiation and getting contracts signed.


Develop strategic outbound opportunities in regulated industries like banking and fintech.


Lead consultative conversations with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.


Present Myriad AI’s value in the most relevant way for each customer’s needs.


Work with founders on pricing, proposals, and legal terms.


Help define and refine the company’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.


Build sales playbooks and systems that future team members can use.


Share market feedback with Product and Engineering to make the product even better.



Experience & Qualifications


Experience: At least 4 years working in sales or business development at B2B SaaS or tech companies.


Track Record: A strong record of closing deals and building pipelines with senior buyers.


Industry Knowledge: Sales experience in complex sectors like fintech, legal, audit, or compliance.


Sales Skills: Skilled in consultative sales, discovery, and managing multi-stakeholder deals.


Tech Literacy: Solid understanding of modern sales tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo).


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Basic understanding of AI-driven products and workflow automation.

Salary & Location


Location: Berlin, Germany (with hybrid flexibility).


Compensation: Competitive salary along with Silicon Valley-style equity (Stock Options/RSUs).


Travel: Occasional business travel to our Prague and San Francisco offices.
