Right now, AlgoSec is looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the EMEA region to further strengthen its global Sales Development team.

Job Summary


As an SDR, you’ll play a crucial role in AlgoSec’s growth. Your main task is to find new prospects and show them the value of AlgoSec. 


This role isn’t just about cold calling, you’ll work alongside Regional Sales Managers to develop strategies and make sure you reach the right people at the right time. 


You’ll be responsible for growing and maintaining AlgoSec’s sales pipeline. In this position, you’ll get the chance to use top-tier sales tools like 6sense and Outreach, which will help you a lot in your professional development.



Key Responsibilities


Work with Regional Sales Managers to identify target prospects and build strategies.


Focus on outbound activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.


Schedule introduction calls and product demos with potential clients.


Handle customer objections and persuade them on AlgoSec’s solutions.


Grow and manage the top funnel of the sales pipeline.


Represent the company at industry events and tradeshows.



Experience & Qualifications


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


Languages: Complete fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).


Mindset: Results-driven attitude with a strong desire to meet performance goals.


Personality: Self-starter and team player who can easily work in a fast-paced environment.


Coachable: Ability to take mentorship and direction positively.


Skills


  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Talent for handling objections and convincing people.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience dealing with EMEA region customers (bonus).
  • Understanding of French is a big advantage.

Location: Germany (Ruhr Region), UK, or Israel.
