Job Summary
Your main goal in this role is to build AI agents and evaluate how well they’re performing. You’ll design AI models for sectors like health, education, and daily life.
This is all hands-on coding work, where you provide expert human feedback to AI organizations. You’ll be training LLMs to handle complex, multi-step workflows so they can make better decisions, almost like humans do. It’s a part-time, flexible job, and you can choose your own hours.
Key Responsibilities
Build agents for different AI models using OpenClaw.
Write evaluation rubrics based on objective pass/fail criteria.
Debug AI agent traces and identify failure patterns.
Stress test AI agents in real-world scenarios.
Assess production-grade modular software architecture.
Analyze multi-turn system interactions and behaviors.
Give high-density technical feedback for LLM training.
Complete the onboarding assessment and start taking on flexible tasks.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: At least 3 years in backend engineering or AI automation.
Technical Skills: Ability to build modular software architecture (like data parsing and logic processing).
Languages: Must be fluent in at least two of these major languages—Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java.
Databases: Hands-on experience working with SQL databases.
Live Environments: Capability to work in live, non-mocked environments and handle multi-turn interactions.
