Job Summary
As an Event Manager, you’ll be an essential part of our project teams, making sure every event for our corporate clients runs flawlessly.
Your role isn’t just event management, you’ll act as a key bridge between the client and our internal workflows.
You’ll often juggle several projects at once, so strong multitasking and organization skills are a must. This is a remote position, so you’ll work from your home office, but you’ll also need to travel frequently for events.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Strategically plan and coordinate every stage of event execution, from start to finish.
Track budgets, manage timelines, and support senior team members.
Assist with vendor research, contract negotiations, and the RFP process.
Handle venue coordination, menu selection, and onsite event management.
Use project management software and event-specific tech effectively.
Work closely with your team and stay calm during tough situations to solve problems.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the event industry.
Technical skills: Proficiency in GSuite, MS Office, Zoom, and platforms like Swoogo or Cvent.
Travel: Must always be ready to travel frequently and at short notice.
Education: Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Attributes: Detail-oriented and able to work gracefully under pressure.
