The Catalyst Group Lahore is currently looking for an exceptionally capable and entrepreneurial Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Job Summary
The COO's core job is to build strong connections between head office and branch operations. You'll step into the shoes of the outgoing strategic consultant and need to set up systems that help the business expand.
It’s a part-time but highly responsible position, where you'll have to monitor everything from supply chain to guest experience.
The company plans to grow its footprint through a franchise model and more new branches, and you’ll play a central role on this journey.
Key Responsibilities
Make sure there’s excellent coordination and prioritization between all head office departments.
Oversee café operations and the guest experience so every branch maintains the same service standard.
Turn the founders’ vision into actionable execution plans and leadership dashboards.
Create training systems and audits to uphold the quality of food, pastry, and coffee.
Improve supply chain and procurement to achieve better inventory control and cost-efficiency.
Lead HR and branch leadership and foster a performance-driven culture.
Strengthen financial controls and administrative discipline for accurate reporting.
Develop scalable SOPs and governance standards for franchising and smaller outlets.
Oversee new branch launches, hiring, and training from start to finish.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 8 to 12 solid years in hospitality or chain restaurant operations.
Track Record: Proven background in executing multi-branch operations and scaling brands.
Systems Building: Complete ability to create SOPs, dashboards, and reporting rhythms.
Leadership: Skill in making tough decisions and leading teams.
Collaboration: Ability to work closely with founders and understand their strategy.
