Job Summary
As a CQA Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing the daily tasks for either Inbound or Outbound operations.
Your goal isn’t just to get the work done, you’ll handle department resource planning, staff training, and foster a stronger work culture within your team.
You’ll strictly enforce safety procedures and use metrics to develop continuous improvement plans. In this position, you’ll work with HR, IT, and Safety teams to get projects done right.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities and make sure safety and quality stay on track.
Clarify departmental requirements and expectations, and encourage team collaboration.
Document accidents and incidents on time, and promote safe working practices.
Track production metrics and use data to create strategies for improvement.
Coach, mentor, and help team members boost their performance.
Communicate company policies and make sure they’re enforced at every level.
Review timecards so there are no issues with pay accuracy.
Prepare proper handovers and reports at the start and end of each shift.
Experience & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Tech Skills: At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 49 pounds and work standing for up to 12 hours.
Flexibility: Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Hours: 40 hours a week, with availability for overtime when needed.
