FINN is a rapidly growing Fintech platform launched in 2022. Our goal is to give workers access to financial tools that were previously out of reach, things like early wage access and micro-insurance.
Right now, we’re looking for a Head of Talent & People to help us scale the team from 60 to 100+, and eventually 200+ employees.
If you want to make an impact in Fintech and you’re an expert in talent acquisition, FINN has an excellent leadership role for you. The position is fully remote, but you’ll need to work on an Asia time zone schedule.
Job Summary
As Head of Talent & People, you’ll build and lead FINN’s People Function from the ground up. Your main focus will be scaling the company’s hiring engine and attracting top talent.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the founding team to design the organization’s structure and culture.
This is a high-impact role, you’ll need to create strategy and also roll up your sleeves to hit our growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (70%): Develop the company’s hiring strategy and build strong pipelines in Engineering, Product, and Operations. Use AI and modern technology to make hiring more efficient.
People Operations (20%): Manage onboarding, contracts, and HR systems. Create performance management frameworks and career development paths to help employees grow.
Culture & Engagement (10%): Strengthen FINN’s values and culture. Launch initiatives to boost collaboration and feedback systems in our remote team.
Leadership: Lead the talent acquisition team and partner with hiring managers for workforce planning.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: At least 7 years in Talent or People functions at fast-growing companies.
Scaling: Hands-on experience scaling an organization from 50 to 200+ employees.
Environment: Experience working in a startup or hyper-growth environment (remote or multi-country experience, especially in South East Asia, is a plus).
Skills: Expertise in stakeholder management and leadership. Passion for strategy and hands-on execution.

Salary & Location
Location: Remote (Working in Asia Time Zone).
